2.4 Photos and face-related information (if you choose to provide it)
- No face recognition / no biometrics: we do not perform face recognition and do not create or use biometric identifiers for identification.
- One-time processing: images are used only for the feature you request and are deleted after processing.
- Default local storage: content you create is stored locally on your device unless you choose to upload it.
- No training / no marketing: we do not use your photos for advertising/marketing and do not share them with third parties.

6) AI / Server Processing for Uploaded Content (Optional)
If you use optional features that process text or images you upload ("Uploaded Content"):
- Processing location: on our own servers.
- No third-party sharing: we do not share Uploaded Content with any third party.
- Deletion: Uploaded Content is deleted promptly after processing (including intermediate artifacts).
- User control: you decide whether to upload and generate content.
7) Data Retention
- Account data: retained for the duration of your account.
- Account deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days after account deletion, unless required by law.
- Usage/analytics: retained up to 12 months.
- Support content: retained up to 6 months.
8) Security
We use reasonable measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit (and where appropriate at rest), access controls, regular reviews/audits, monitoring, and backups. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9) International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the Effective Date above and, where required, provide additional notice in the App.
14) Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
To the extent permitted by law, disputes relating to this Privacy Policy will be governed by the laws of Moerio Team’s principal place of business and resolved through binding arbitration as described in the User Agreement (except where prohibited by law).
